HOTLINE NUMBERS
There are many numbers you can call/text to report something you have heard or seen anonymously. You can also discuss what you should do about a situation anonymously. It would be best if you reported any threats that you have seen on facebook, twitter, through texts, etc. or if you suspect someone may be abused or anything else dangerous to the local authorities. But these hotline numbers are various other ways you can deal with the situation or report the situation without having to give up your identity.
-To Report a Threat
If you saw something that implies a threat call 1-800-41-VOICE (1-800-418-6423) EXT.359. With the events that happened at Chardon, if someone had reported the threats made by TJ Lane then it may have been prevented.
-Suicide
If you are planning to commit suicide or think someone else is, you can call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and talk anonomously. (Suicidepreventionlifeline.org)
-Dating/Domestic Violence
You can text "loveis" to 77054 or you can call 1-866-331-9474 or 1-866-331-8453 TTY(for the deaf) to talk to someone anonomously about the situation. (Loveisrespect.org)
